When we say:
Aaa{~Bbb}
Here Aaa is text to translate and {~Bbb} is information for the translator only.
The latter serves to:
(a) distinguish the phrase from other meanings of "Aaa"
(b) clarify to the translator what the meaning/context is.
When Omniscope Evo applies translation, it will remove all {~...} from the text. So you simply need to translate Aaa only, and don't even copy the {~Bbb}part.
For example:
Mean This is unclear, how should you translate it?
Mean{~nasty} Translate as: Méchant
Mean{~average} Translate as: Moyenne
If you did in fact translate Mean{~average} as Moyenne{~average} or Moyenne{~moyenne}, it's fine. Omniscope Evo will display just Moyenne.
