We are currently working on supporting "pip" version greater than 19.0 as we've discovered Python guys changed the logic behind the scenes.
If you encounter problems while running Custom blocks based on Python (e.g. the block complaining about not finding the omniscope_api library) and your pip version is greater than 19.0, in the meantime please "downgrade" pip to version 19.0.
We will be addressing this soon and put the fix in the latest build and next Rock.
