How It Works
Design Your Email Template in an Omniscope Report
Start by designing an email template using Markdown, incorporating placeholders for dynamic elements like user names or personalised messages. Convert the template to HTML to preview how the final email will look.- Key Blocks:

Set Up User-Specific Filters
Configure the list of recipients, including their email addresses and filters or scenarios that tailor the report data for each person. This ensures every recipient receives only the information relevant to them.- Key Blocks:

- Base Report URL: Insert the base URL to the main Report that will be used to build the dynamic multi-tenant link with filters and customisations.

Generate Reports and Previews
Personalise the data for each recipient, generate their customised reports, and create visual previews (images) or PDFs. These will be included in the emails.- Key Blocks:
