If you find you are unable to activate, it may be because your company firewall is blocking access to our server, which is needed in order to activate.
One of the errors you may see if your firewall is blocking access is:
In order to fix this problem, you may need to contact your Network Administrator to whitelist "services.visokio.com". Once its whitelisted check you can access the server by going to your browser and typing: https://services.visokio.com
You should see the following if you can successfully access the server.
Next, try activating again. If you still get problems, please contact activation[at]visokio.com
If you are continuing to have problems trying to get online activation to work. You can try activating using "manual" activation.
If you are using Omniscope Evo, the link to manual activation is available from the enter licence key. If on the other hand, you are using Omniscope Classic, to activate manually you should attempt to activate again, and then on failure, you will automatically be prompted to try manual activation.
