If you find you are unable to activate, it may be because your company firewall is blocking access to our server, which is needed in order to activate.


One of the errors you may see if your firewall is blocking access is:



In order to fix this problem, you may need to contact your Network Administrator to whitelist  "services.visokio.com". Once its whitelisted check you can access the server by going to your browser and typing: https://services.visokio.com


You should see the following if you can successfully access the server.




Next, try activating again. If you still get problems, please contact activation[at]visokio.com



You can also try activating using Omniscope "Classic", by going to Help > Licensing and activation... and then following the prompts which guides you how to activate using "manual" activation.
